What you are buying: a subscription to FirstBid, a desktop app that watches your Eldorado.gg seller account for new boosting requests and sends the first offer for you, using the prices you configure yourself. It does not negotiate after that first message — you take the conversation from there.
One subscription unlocks one game on one machine (or every game, with the all-games pass) for the period you choose at checkout. The days are added to the email you use at checkout the moment the payment clears; you sign in to the app with that email and a 6-digit code sent to it. Buying again with the same email adds the new days on top of the time you still have. A subscription locks to the first machine that uses it: running a second game, or the same game on a second machine, needs another subscription. It needs an internet connection to stay valid. License keys bought before this change keep working until they expire.
3-day guarantee. If the bot does not run on your machine, or does not do what our store and Discord say it does, open a ticket within 3 days of your purchase. We will try to fix it; if we cannot, you get a full refund of that purchase. The guarantee covers the product not working — it does not cover changing your mind, and it does not cover your own results on Eldorado, which depend on the prices you set and on demand we do not control.
